4M METAL SUPPLY ANNOUNCES ARRIVAL OF NEW COSEN SAWS AND TABLES
FEBRUAURY 2022
4M Metal Supply, Bridgeton, MO has added cutting capabilities to its Square & Rectangular tubing, Mechanical tubing and Welded Pipe product offerings. With the investment of two new Cosen fully automatic band saws, 4M Metal Supply can cut a full range of sizes from 1/8” to 25” diameter material. The custom designed infeed/outfeed table system is fully integrated with the saws for indexing close tolerance cutting capabilities. The clamp system allows for bundle cutting, gang cutting and/or single piece cuts to a tolerance of +/-1/16. Custom-made transfer tables for staging multiple orders allows for increasing efficiencies and productivity allowing 4M to better serve customers, saving time and money.
Cosen has been manufacturing automatic and customized band saws since 1976 and in 2015 was named No. 1 Sawing Equipment Brand by Metal Center News.
